UNO Show 'Em No Mercy

Bigger deck. Bigger penalties. Nobody's safe.

The setup

Deal 7 cards to each of 2–6 players from the 168-card No Mercy deck, then flip the top card of the remaining pile to start the discard pile. If you can't match the top card by color, number, or symbol, you must keep drawing until you get one you can play — there's no single-draw limit like classic UNO.

Stacking

Any Draw card can be stacked on any other Draw card of equal or greater value, passing the growing penalty along instead of taking it yourself. Whoever can't stack takes the full total.

Example: someone plays +4, you stack +6, the next player either stacks +6 or higher — or draws all 10.

Mercy Rule

If your hand ever reaches 25 or more cards, you're eliminated. You can win either the normal way — by emptying your hand first — or by being the last player standing after everyone else gets knocked out.

Needs an actual "UNO Show 'Em No Mercy" deck — the extra cards don't exist in a standard UNO pack.
